Do I need a Visovra audit first?
Yes. The audit is how we scope the work accurately. You can run a free audit on any domain, and we will review your report with you.
Which platforms do you work with?
WordPress, Shopify, Magento, Wix, Webflow and custom sites. For custom sites we work through your repository, staging environment or SFTP.
Can you guarantee rankings or AI citations?
No one honestly can. Search and AI engines are run by third parties and change often. We guarantee the quality of the work and measure the result with a repeat audit.
How are pages counted?
Pages are the pages we edit by hand. Templates such as product or category pages count once, so a store with thousands of products is scoped by template, not by product.
Can I start with a project and move to a monthly service?
Yes. Many customers start with Implementation Support and move to the Managed Service to keep results improving.
How do I pay, and is tax included?
Prices exclude tax. Japanese consumption tax (10%) is added where it applies. Services are invoiced separately from software plans, by bank transfer or card as set out in your proposal.
